"We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in; and were given treats a toy and a water bowl for our dog. The staff was very friendly and polite. Loved the complementary tea and coffee both in our room and in the lobby. It's location was perfect for all the shopping and hikes we wanted."

"Everything about Legends is great, great pool, great location and accommodations. Only issue we faced was on checkout. Checkout is at 11 AM, we left the room at 10:15 AM to load our vehicle up with luggage and bikes. My wife returned to the room around 10:45 AM and to check if any of our 4 kids had left anything behind in packing and when she entered the room there was 4 men cleaning already and we had not confirmed checkout. This made my wife uncomfortable so she decided not to check the room out. I'm glad they were ready to clean but strange they were at it before we even confirmed we had left. This was our only issue and the rest of our stay was amazing."

"Room was clean and pretty much as advertised. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on fireplace and there were no instructions anywhere. AC unit in room was so loud it could only be run when we weren’t actually in the room. Overall though a great location and a really good price for what you get. Having a small kitchen in the unit was perfect. Biggest downside was that to get secure underground parking it’s over $30 every 24 hours and the parkade is very convoluted and not well signposted as to how to get around it (it’s like being in an IKEA!)."

"We loved Whistler and the hotel was great, a bit of trick photography has been used, swimming very small, if busy nowhere to sit, we tried but no joy. The hotel needs a makeover it's certainly looking dated on the inside. Can't fault the staff, they were great!"

"We liked the location of the property, check in was seamless. The rooms are a good size with a kitchen, sitting area and we had a small patio with two chairs. The front desk staff were very helpful. The property is under going renovations but the room we had seemed clean but felt dirty because things needed to be repaired. Our patio door and bedroom closet door were hard to open/close. There was part of the tiling under the cabinet that kept falling down. Definitely needs an update. The pool area was good, two hot tubs. The pool is supposed to be open until 10 but we were told to get out before 10 as the hot tubs covers go on right at 10. Check out time was 10 am but we had staff knocking on our door at 9am asking when we were checking out. Over all we did enjoy our stay. The negatives were minor in nature."
