"The pool is very small and they ran out of towels everyday. We had to use hand towels. There is only about 8 sun loungers by the pool foe the entire hotel to use. Makes no sense. They also wont serve you alcoholic drinks by the pool you have to sit in a different lounge. Check in took a long time and our room wasn t ready. They never told us our room was ready and we had to stand in line again to find out actually our room was ready and had been for awhile. Had a 1 bedroom suite which was...

"Il n'y a pas de chambre séparée, même si c'est ce qui est mentionné dans la description de la suite. C'est une erreur. L'établissement est vieux et pas rénové, mais le spa et la piscine sont parfaits. Le personnel de la réception est gentil, serviable et toujours de bonne humeur."

"Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue."

"The reception staff were very helpful. The location is in the heart of Whistler's main business district, and the hotel parking is convenient. However, the price is higher than average. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. If you're looking for accommodation and haven't decided yet, I recommend this place."

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a bit tricky to get to our room as there are 2 different elevators. We also had a power outage/breaker issue in the morning just when we were trying to get ready to check out. Other than that, the room was decent, beds were comfortable and room was nice. I would stay here again."
