"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Crystal, lovely room and very friendly staff. The location is another big plus, as it is right in the center of Whistler and every local amenity can easily be reached by foot. Also, the very affordable and tasty restaurant, The Old Spaghetti Factory, is in the same building, so all in all we can recommend this hotel to everyone else planning to stay in Whistler for a day or more."

"Good hotel in excellent location but I remember it being nicer when I stayed in past but that was years ago
The room was pretty basic and seemed a bit outdated and there were some bad stains on the couch/pullout bed that were kind of gross- other than that I'd still stay there again but nit at full rates, luckily we had a discount on this room being off-season. I feel like we got the experience we paid for. The room was quite dark and didn't have good lighting, only a couple lamps.
The Bathroom was tiny and had very little to zero counter space to put any personal items."
