"It was our first time staying there but we had a great time! Super fun and clean place and the kids loved it! Only downside is how pricey the food and extra stuff was. For example, one cheese pizza was $20 and it was definitely not for more than 2 people. The beach chairs and umbrellas were pricey too as a separate company rents them out. We paid $55 a day for 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, yikes! Kids wanted mini golf and even that was rented by the same company that rents out the chairs jet skis etc. I am only writing this because I got a suite room which was pricey on its own and was not expecting all of the crazy priced extras!! Overall, staff was super friendly and the hotel is clean."

"My stay at The Garden Hotel & Resort was overall a good experience. When I arrived, the receptionist was a bit busy because it was during shift change, so I had to wait about 25 minutes before being checked in. The receptionist was very nice, but unfortunately forgot to let me know that I needed a parking pass, so I woke up to a parking notice on my windshield the next morning. The room itself was very nice and clean, although there were not enough towels provided for both me and my wife. The property was clean and had a fun entertainment section for anyone who enjoys games and activities. The pools were clean and looked very relaxing. I also enjoyed the bar area — the drinks were good and there was entertainment, which made the atmosphere enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend giving this hotel a try. One of the most convenient parts of the stay was having a CVS Pharmacy right across the street."

"This is my home away from home. Let me start with the staff, everyone is amazing from the front desk to the waiters. Nicole and Jaylon are the best and never disappoint. The breakfast is always delicious. The rooms are clean and if there is something they need to tend to, they get right on it. I love the pool and the pool bar- very convenient and serve great frozen daiquiris. Looking forward to future stays."

"Room cleaning only on request would be understandable if basic supplies were properly maintained. We stayed 4 nights with 4 people and had to repeatedly ask for extra towels, coffee pods, trash removal, and supplies. Shower gel ran out on day 3, and shampoo barely lasted the stay. Since breakfast was not included, we had food and takeout in the room, so trash accumulated quickly. The level of cost-cutting felt very excessive and negatively affected the overall experience."
