"Beautiful. The watergardens are so peaceful and the longer walk to the waterfall for swimming was worth the climb. Our " house" was beautifully decorated and breakfast was great with all we could want. A hidden gem well worth the trip."

The property was well laid out with a large outdoor pool, cafe for morning coffees and snacks, movie nights and fish & chips available in the evening. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! "The staff were wonderful. We were late in arriving but staff made the check-in process smooth and easy. We were in unit 1 which has a view of the bay and a wonderful outside sitting area with a bbq. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. The heat pump worked well when we needed air conditioning or heat. "This has been one of our best stays in new zealand so far . The owner was very friendly, took us to our room and explained everything to us , unlike some places give you a key and you find your way . The views were beautiful. Would stay again and definitely recommend 😀 "

"Well maintained property, close to Tairua town. The one bedroom unit had all amenities needed for a 3 night stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. We also got to use the bikes for free and I believe t hey also let you use kayaks for free. "
