"Hotel was updated and fresh. Pool and a few rooms were getting re model. Had parking for truck and trailers in back gravel. That was very nice"

Nice hotel, Great staff, Won't correct my bill
"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place ..."
