"Generally as a sales rep you’re in there for minimal time but it’s time away from home and all that home offers. Andy and the lodge make that experience that much greater with a caring and professional attitude towards looking after their guests. Guttered I missed the breakfast but I’ll be back and better plan to enjoy the feast you’d no doubt put on team. Thank you for a great nights stay away from home. "

"Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room. "A quick overnight trip en route to Russell but a lovely place. Super clean and well equipped. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful place on the beach with a world class view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice restaurants nearby too!"
