"On our first night, we heard a domestic violence situation happening in the room next-door. We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. The room seemed fine, but considering the domestic violence situation that happened two days ago it felt very unsafe. I was not...

"The staff went over and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay! We had a perfect picture view to watch the tall ships parading by in the Harbour! The pool is perfect with 3 lanes if you need to get your swim in every day like myself."

"The staff at the hotel was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were there during the Noah Kahan concert at Fenway and the hotel was packed due to a pop-up event but the staff remained calm and guided us for check-in and parking and made sure we were all set. The rooms was so comfortable and the location can't be beat. We also loved the breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty. Can't wait to go back!"

"Staff was great, very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable. It was a good deal. If you are relying on public transportation or trying to walk to places I would stay in a different area though. Was a 15-20minutes walk to the orange line T station. If you are parking a car and planning to drive then would be better. Area was walkable but use caution may not be super safe if you are alone. And I was a little nervous walking back to the hotel at night."

I wanted to swim, but, at age 80, I have several artificial leg joints. The pool had ladders, but no stairs, and I was concerned I might need assistance to get out. "Wonderful hotel in a prime location and very reasonably priced! We were in the Seaport District, and the staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Will definitely stay there again!!"
