Excellent value for money. The property is slightly dated but the room was ultra clean and the facilities were great. The owners are really friendly and I couldn’t fault the location! A short walk to the railway station, sea front and town centre but still quiet.

This is my second visit to gleneagles and another great experience.Neil was a great host. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Greeted nicely,let into my room a couple hrs early,jackie helped me upstairs with my luggage,lovely comfortable bed ensuite.Neil was fab checked everyday if I needed anything. Helped me with luggage upon leaving.will stay again.

Owners lovely. Single room at top of house. Small room. Shower/toilet ok, although could do with somethings being replaced as rusty, & shower hose could do with a good descale & shower head needs descaling, Small shower cubicle but ok.
