Host was very welcoming and it was nice to have off road parking (if a little tight). Location was ideal for Weymouth front and centre. The room door was very flimsy and didn't feel secure. The room was clean but tired. There is a room with a toilet and shower but the sink was in the main room. Water was leaking from somewhere onto the bathroom floor. The bed was fine and whilst the room in our opinion was tired you could see the owners were trying hard. We didn't use the breakfast but it was lovely that this was available f.o.c.

The owner was extremely friendly and informative. Our room was very clean and tidy. WiFi worked well, cute little jar of biscuits, bottled water and a variety of teas and coffees in the room.
