"Single women review - I stayed in the single room for 2 nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of plug sockets for charging & straighteners etc, hangers and dressing table. The Clarence is exceptionally well-maintained. Immaculate infact. I normally stay in big hotels, and they could learn a thing or two from The Clarence. Everything was sparkling and a real credit to the owners. The room had a coffee machine but no kettle. I did have to Google how to get hot water out of it. I...

"Great location for harbour, beach, shopping, buses etc. Free off street parking. Clean room and bathroom. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice cereal fresh fruit yogurt breads plus cooked or continental. Chris and Jackie very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Would recommend."
