โรงแรมและที่พักเวสต์วูดริชแลนด์

"This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. Upon entering this room, I was greeted by the sight of dead roaches on the floor, accompanied by a pungent smell. The furniture appeared to be in a state of disarray. I immediately called the front desk, and they apologized for the situation. They informed me that they didn’t have any rooms available and would...

"👍👍👍👍"

"Extraordinary atention in the front desk at check in time .congratulations"

"Bugs in the bathroom and the walls next to the shower are decaying and the sink is separating from the “back splash”. The bed and blanket are absolutely terrible as well. Biggest waste of money"

"Very well maintained, room was clean perfectly neat, breakfast was also good and the staff were very nice and welcoming."

"Breakfast was very low quality. Front desk staff failed to note that my room was prepaid and billed my card again for stay despite my telling them that I was prepaid. Repeated phone calls were brushed off by hotel staff. I ended up having to formally dispute charges with my booking agent and my bank. Will never stay at a La Quinta again."

"A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel."

"The hotel was located in a good central area. It was clean, and we felt safe. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped it would have been: bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and the cheap-tasting link sausage (sliced). We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told our key would allow us to enter The Hampton's pool. The Hampton was across the parking lot, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that."

"Breakfast was very good. The rooms were nice and it was very quiet. It's an older facility, so the outside appearance is dated. Inside, it's kind of relaxing."

"Very clean rooms and a quiet hotel."

"Loved that breakfast was provided as well as a pool although I didn’t use the pool. Only complaint was the noise the AC made. It rattles a little in the middle of the night one night, otherwise the stay was fantastic."

"Rooms were clean, Front desk was great, & great breakfast. "
