"This is my second time staying here, and I will do so again. I rated the amenities lower because I didn't use them."

"The faucet didn’t work in the shower didn’t work be staff is very rude"

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool, and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). "I just want to make a suggestion that if can have a bottle of water in the fridge."

"Overall outstanding and clean!"

"Very helpful staff and a pretty good breakfast"

"Loved staying here while attending an event at Mohegan Sun! The location is super convenient, close enough to the casino without paying those casino hotel prices. Definitely a more affordable option, and the short drive makes it worth it. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I have an event at Mohegan Sun!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful time there. Thank you so much we are waiting for our next vacations."

"Very clean, spacious, and quiet."

"The room smelled of dust and mold. Woke up with a wicked sinus headache. The shuttle is not reliable.. waited an hour and half at the casino for the shuttle because the hotel front desk said she would be right there. Needless to say she never came and I had to get an Uber back."

"The hotel is a short drive from downtown. The surrounding has several small plaza but it’s needed to drive there. The room and service is good. The breakfast choice is typical."

"Lovely hotel, beautifully maintained. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was very nice. Beds were also super comfortable. Only downside is the construction - you could hear people in the next room and a baby crying in the middle of the night."
