We were seen to immediately and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable.

For the price was perfect, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Terrible teabag brand . Happy with room.

Its in a good location its very rundown mould everywhere and it needs a proper representation of what it's actually like on its advertising site. Half the rooms are occupied by the homeless.You really word want to pay no more than 50 dollars a night and when you do arrive you will want your money back.

Reception was closed. No milk and the bathroom was dirty and the place smelled. Bar and restaurant closed. It was not a nice place to stay.

Was not impressed as only could find one bowl to eat off after looking around room trying to find a towel Wich were tossed behind the door in bathroom floors unvacuumed . Would not let them pay me again to stay

Best to avoid

Broken bathroom window, missing shower curtain, multiple light bulbs missing from the room. I wont be going back here

Don’t stay here

It was horrible, didn’t look anything like the pictures. Courtyard was delapadated laundry was out of service no bar as advertised. No one at check in.

This motel has unfortunately lost its vibe and original purpose. No personal contact with host except by phone. It obviously used to be a thriving establishment (with a restaurant and conference facilities which are no longer used). It is now basically dead along with the town of Westport. Very sad 😔

Two rooms allocated were NOT the ones booked and paid for: queen when king plus single booked/accepted; summer duvet and no electric or extra blanket in one room. Rumbling water pipe all night in one room. While dated and tired, clean and tidy. Never saw anyone from management at any point.

Clearly been let go our room was very dusty, hair in sink and mold in bathroom. Missing light bulbs and covers. TV limited channels and made clicking noise. Door would jam and need force to open. No check in have to ring on arrival. No staff around for extra towels etc.

The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom rubbish bin still had rubbish from the previous occupants. Extra blankets were just thrown in the cupboard, on the floor. We understand that due to covid there were no staffs but the person we talked to us was helpful

Not fit to rent out.

Check in was contactless, our room was left unlocked. We took one look at the building and knew what to expect. The property is for sale so no maintenance is done. The reception and restaurant are closed and left untidy. There was mould on the ceilings. The table top was peeling. The kitchen cabinet and toaster were mouldy. We phoned to cancel our booking. I am surprised and disappointed that this motel is still advertised to tourists.

The unit was clean and comfortable bed The television only had three channels with poor clarity...the shower fid not operate well...one of the bed lights had no switch on it so was not able to be used..in the kitchen thete was no toaster and a little bit of cultery thrown in a cupboard...i was unable to use my visa card to pay with as the system didnt work....the place is on the market but the units need to be revamped and the oeners need to have better quality of what is in the units.. woukd never ever stay there again ..truly disappointing...

A One Time Stay Only

Although the room was clean there was no milk in fridge, the tv was not working at all, we had no teaspoons, the front door was almost beyond opening and closing, the lights at the back door went all night shining through the top window of the back door which had no covering. Way overpriced for the condition and lack of a working tv. Would not recommend this to anyone

Disappointing

Nobody at reception and doors locked at 6.30pm. The phone number on the door didn't answer. After two attempts I phoned the number on my reservation. I was told a unit number but when I went to it it was locked so I had to phone the number again. I was let in but was asked my name again and where I had booked through. There was no milk in the fridge, no tea bags and only decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate sachets. The property has a for sale sign on it.
