I feel that this Hotel is more of a budget hotel. The room door and window would not close properly and no hot water in the morning due to a broken boiler - although the staff were very nice about the hot water issue The hotel is located perfectly for a night out in Westport and the staff were excellent - overall the bedrooms just need a little TLC

Fantastic value hotel with free parking.
Had a great stay in the Mill Times in January. Very reasonably priced and still lots of great pubs and restaurants in close proximity to enjoy regardless of the time of year. Great room, excellent service throughout the hotel and great Guinness in the bar.

Great location
The Mill Times Hotel is in a great location in Westport. I only had a one-night stay for business and it was ideal. Only two drawbacks were that there was no spare blanket in the room and it got quite cold that night and the porridge the next day was very disappointing - very watery and not at all tasty!

Hotel badly in need of renovations and updating. Wouldn't rate it as a single star. Staff were it's only redeeming feature.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Unfortunately, it needs a major overall. The bedroom s are dated withfaulty bathroom equipment. The staff were very friendly, however this did not make up for the faults of the building.

Lovely staff...average stay.
The hotel is a bit older and probably could do with a refurbishment. The breakfast was very average. As a business traveller I have stayed in gear too many hotels in my life. This is ranks as very average and probably is geared more to a budget tourist market. The wifi was poor. The beds and linen not so comfortable. I was on a street side room..very noisy..furthermore, I could hear every word, snore, and other "unwanted" noises in detail from the room next door (absolute pet hate in any hotel!) I was forced to buy earplugs at the pharmacy after the first night so I could try to get some sleep. The staff were lovely! The place needs some money spent but I expect that is unlikely to happen.

oh my god where do i start,such lovely friendly staff,such a warm welcome;stayed in room 333,such an amazing room have stayed in 5 star rooms which havnt been as nice,jacuzzi bath,room lovely and warm,gorgeous breakfast the following morning,great menu choices,also have gluten free options

MillTimes Hotel, Westport.
Westport is beautiful with many, many delightful pubs and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking, the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the Hotel is right in the centre of Westport, the only downside was the Hotel's underground car park; whilst good that they have a Car Park it was very tight and access was narrow.and difficult to navigate. The Hotel has a bar and restaurant and there is a supermarket just around the corner, Knock airport is a hour's drive away.

Wonderful traditional style manor house.
Be sure to have Joe make you some award-winning Irish coffee. Wonderful food and service. The hotel needs a bit of updating but lovely stay with beautiful grounds.

Very good, hotel in centre of town, despite Christmas party season was not unduly disturbed. Christmas decor was very good

Will not be recommending hotel to any one .
Very noisy walls like paper had to call night porter at 2.30 as there was a such a noise like a drill going off outside window that did not even close properly and was woken up next morning with same noise.Also thought price was very high for what was quiet clearly a three star hotel with no extras ie shower gels etc.

Lage ist gut
Die Lage ist sehr gut, allerdings lässt das Hotel zu wünschen übrig .... Die Matratze war durchgelegen, überall im Bad waren fremde Haare und weiterer Schmutz. Das Hotel war im allgemeinen sehr herunter gekommen.
