"Staff was very welcoming and helpful. our rooms were clean and I was happy with the iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room. breakfast was great but as my partner was vegetarian he only had hash browns and beans it would be nice to have veggie sausages. we decided to eat in on our last night but was disappointed in the meal as the nan bread was rock hard and the curry was very bland with less curry and more of the boiled rice missing out the mango chutney will not be eating dinner again"
"Very short walk into town, supermarket and pubs close by. On site restaurant was lovely, perfect service. Pool was clean and well maintained, as was the hot tub & sauna. Room was spacious and clean and all staff were really helpful and lovely. Big tv in the bar area showed live football matches without too much noise. Lovely stay, will definitely be staying again. "Modern sleek hotel on Keele Uni campus. Beautiful spacious rooms with large walk in showers. Full marks to the cleaning staff as everything is imacculate. The staff at check-in, the bar , the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Have to call out Connie who was really welcoming and managed to find me a table for dinner. Superb breakfast too. 👌
The only downside was the EV charging points were all taped up except one This could have been an issue if you were relying on charging up...
"Lovely clean and well maintained room. Staff very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was just continental (toast and jam/nutella, cereal, fruit and flavoured yoghurts) but as I'm diabetic they went out shopping and got me plain yoghurts and marmite for low sugar options."
"Very satisfied with our stay a fan was provided in the room with the weather being so warm, nothing was too much trouble, room cosy comfy bed and the pub just downstairs very handy, definitely be staying again."

"I had to stay in Shropshire overnight and managed to get a room here. What a lovely surprise this was. The property is situated in beautiful surroundings and quiet countryside. The host Rebecca is simply wonderful. I received a warm welcome and a speedy check in. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I left feeling fresh and well rested. "
