"We needed a place to lay our heads close to the airport for a night to catch an early flight. We did not sleep a wink. We were placed at the end of a corridor where people went to stand and smoke take phone calls and she the housekeeping carts were stored. The room was clean but smelled of musk and mildew slippery slick floors even with slippers. it was waay below average even for what we paid. "

"Customer service doesn't care about customer. They had my 25 yr old son sleeping in the floor. it was booked for 3 people and saidthey gave us a suite with only 1 king size bed, really? And there was no hot water in the shower."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"Great pre/ost cruise hotel. Clean, conveniently located to port. Hotel is popular with Spring Breakers but hotel has strict rules regarding noise. A littworn in places but overall clean. Julia @ front desk is wonderful. "

"The was very clean very nice.. The room is basically a one bedroom apartment seriously. I really did like it plus the balcony. Air Conditioner work Heat works. Bathroom was nice clean, only issue i had was the microwave door didn't open up.. that would be my negative other than definitely go there rent a room"
