"For my money best hotel in London. First, location. Right near Buckingham Palace. We walked to Piccadilly, the theaters, Kensington Palace, and the St. James area (Lovely Jermyn Street!!) With no problem. Victoria Station right around the corner. Second, the physical plant. Absolutely lovely in every way. Third, the staff. Simply the best, most helpful, charming staff I have encountered. Fourth, the food. The Michelin rated restaurant soars!! Don't hesitate. You will absolutely love it. "

"The staff was absolutely incredible from the beginning! As soon as our cab pulled up, one of the concierge members opened the door for us, took our bags, and walked us in to the check in desk. Breakfast was delightfully although a bit crowded. Easy walking distance to a fair amount of sights such as Westminster Abbey, Westminster Palace, and Buckingham Palace. Overall, would definitely stay again!"
