"Floors in the room were filthy like they have never been cleaned, literally blackened mybsocks. Door lock ripped to shreds, not even all there. Had to uae a chair propped under the door handle for safety. Faulty wiring strung across the floor, from which the tv and refrigerator would not.work. Floor covered in water from the fridge not working when we got there. Shower head was terrible. Ice machines broken and messes everywhere on the patios. One of my worst hotel experiences."

"Great location right on the water with beautiful views. No actual windows on the bay side of the hotel room - you have to physically leave your room to see the harbor view. Room was simple and clean. Restaurants within walking distance and close driving distance. Pool was nice, but hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was good and complimentary."

"Rooms are dated. TV system terrible. Small screens, outdated guide, and poor picture. Rooms cleaned every 7 days not every day. Check in up a stairs. Extra charges for a lot. Resort charge of $15 per person per day, gets access to the pool."

"We had to change rooms because of road noise. We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like Clorox Breakfast was not worth eating. Expected better food for the price. Overpriced"
