"I give one star for lack of attention! Bryan was NOT on the reservation. It was in my name, Patricia Hall. You know why? Because my husband passed away! And you didn’t care enough to look at the reservation!"

"The hotel was fairly clean but very out dated. The ceiling had a poor repair patch, the tub had brown rust stains and several tiles broken in the bathroom. The hotel needs an update in color : yellow checkerboard stripes on walls, carpet was stained in several areas. Artificial plants need to be dusted. "

"There is a steak house right next door. This hotel was nice and you can tell they are only trying to get better. The full aize fridge and microwave in room was great. The second room had a full size fridge and no microwave. Both rooms was clean. The outside windows could use a pressure washer. (Grandson likes the windows open during the day.). The sign said housekeeping would be entering everyday. Although that didnt happen wich was pkay. As we. Lean behind ourselves. "

"Everything you would want in a hotel stay, period. Next time I need to travel I will first look to Best Western + exe residency if this is what I can expect. Very pleased. "

"The main thing I liked about the hotel, was that there was several restaurants on the property, didn’t have to worry about having drinks, and driving or spending money on Uber. Plenty of good bars and restaurants on the property. Fun place."

"The breakfast is a little limited, with almost no fresh fruit, but otherwise good for people of various dietary needs. The parking was good and the staff were helpful. The pool is outdoor. "
