"Hotel Sylvia is a themed experience. It pays homage to Sylvia Beach, who owned a bookstore in Paris at the start of the 20 century and knew luminaries such as Hemingway and James Joyce. Each room is either a literary genre or author. Our room was very pretty and stylish, But there was not enough space for our things and surfaces to put things on. "We found a place on the street at 4:30p and could keep car there until 11a next day at no cost. It was perfect for what we needed. Did a pub crawl and didn’t want to drive the hour home. We lucked out that our room was right across hall from bathroom for middle of the night visits. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
