Not happy with our stay. Pretty sure I reserved a room with queen beds; we got double beds. Not enough towels for us (3 guests) on either night, even after we requested more. Breakfast was poor as well. Cold eggs, bitter coffee, only no-dairy creamer. Will not stay at this place again.

The rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the smoke detector had plastic over it. The bathroom shower curtain rod was installed wrong and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. The room just seemed dirty and there were random people hanging out in hallways that made my roommates feel slightly unsafe. Staff seemed very nice though.

When we first walked in, my impression was this is nice. Then the smell of mildew and urine hit me. The bed spread was ripped in a couple different places, the blackout curtians were hanging off and had a bunch of pin holes in them. There was a lot of riff raff partying all night long slamming doors and yelling.

Fist fights and yelling all night long. Couldn’t sleep. I don’t mind the weed smoking but purposely aiming the smoke blowing into my a.c is crazy. More and more people showed up to “party”. Employees did nothing to stop it. Unreal. Horrible service but wouldn’t expect anything less in Rhode Island

Delivery truck blocked entrance on arrival. One of two room keys worked. Sheets on bed had not been changed. They allowed us to switch rooms. The floor had not been vacuumed the couch was ripped and dirty.

Room was not cleaned or bed made after first night. This was after requesting the room be cleaned. Side door of property was not secure. Unlocked so anyone could enter. Pool was closed, no reason given and fitness room had no water or towels. Many of the machines did not work.

Adequate
The bed was extremely comfortable. The heat was difficult to adjust. The carpet throughout the building needs to be replaced, it’s basically brown and just doesn’t look clean. The desk clerk was not friendly. The coffee/tea station was out of tea bags in the early evening and I had to ask for some. The water in the thermos was not hot. It should be replaced on a regular basis. The breakfast room needs to be arranged. There are so many tables along the walls you can’t pull a chair out to sit as it hits the chair behind it. Breakfast was adequate. The parking lot was very dark and definitely needs some lighting.

Not so happy
When i first arrived i had alot of luggage and i was carrying chips that fell. [I will come back to that] the toom lamp kept jumping when you walked in thr floor. The TV channels were very poor. usually its linen in the closet if you have a pullout in any hotel, this one i jad to go downstairs and get it. I got in late so this was a inconvenience for me and my daughter who needed to ne in bed for jer buisness in the AM...Alot of fuzz on mostly all thr channels. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! LASTLY, thr chips that i spilled when first arriving on friday night, were still directly in the front when i was checking out sunday morning. This was very bad to me....

The heater made so much lound noises about 0300, the phone by the beds so dirty and didn't work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. There were no towels on the first night i checked in and i couldn't call the front desk with the hotel phone. When i requested the towels i had to go to desk to get it. After reporting the sound issue with the heater, i was told they'll work but didn't. Night staff was not friendly.

The only redeeming quality was the size of the room and the price for it. The phone inside our room did not work at all, not even to call the front desk, the privacy deadbolt on the door did not function (it doesn't line up with the door jamb), we had to buy air freshener spray because the room had a dirty feet smell, and the elevator was 2 months over due for its annual inspection (it also got stuck on the 2nd floor and the door closed seperating us from our child). There were also large trucks parked across 4 or 5 spots of the already limited parking on both the front and back side of the hotel. The online booking showed an indoor pool, we were not notified until I asked at check in that it was closed for maintenance indefinitely.
