"Clean room and staff was helpful"

"First, I want to state that the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. That being said, our first room had ants all over the floor, dead and alive. Our second room had the security flap engaged and we couldn't even get in. Our third (and final) room was clean. The furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, did not have hot water coming out of the sink faucet. I was told that they are in the middle of renovations."

"When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us scrambling to find another place to stay on a Saturday afternoon."

"Don't believe the good reviews. The hotel is in need of new management. My room was a 2-queen-bed room. The floor of the bathroom was dirty. I could feel it when I walked on it in my bare feet. The bath towel for preventing water on the floor was dirty. I could literally see the dirty footprints of the previous user. The wall had repairs on every wall and was just repaired with joint compound and not painted. The curtains were falling down, and from the outside of the building, when you looked closer, you could see that all the rooms had the curtains falling and deteriorating. The bathtub had somebody else's hair in the drain. Do not stay here. This owner should sell and allow someone else to come in and refurbish the place. Although it may already be too far gone. My companion had a room with a king-size bed, and their room was just as bad, with patches on the walls. No shampoo. Curtains falling down."

"Nice place. Front counter person didnt tell us what floor our room was on but was told i could park around the build when i got to the other door had a sign that the door couldnt use but room was small need more and different breakfast choices then pool was a bit on the cold side and need to be clean, no light in the parking lot. But othere then that was a nice place"
