All staff at front desk was extremely pleasant. Will I stay again NO. "

"Room was not cleaned and asked to switch room and person at the desk didn’t believe me and went to the room and when he saw it was in fact dirty there was no apology or sorry for the inconvenience but rather gave me two keys for the room next door .
