"Check in was quick, and the staff was friendly! Our room was adequate, but didn’t have shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. The Pool was not open for the season yet. Overall, would stay here again."

"They're trying. Honestly, you get what you pay for. Hotels in Montana are expensive, and we were brining a group. It was a reasonable price for what we needed. So much about it was really nice. But it was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The train goes by all night blowing its horn, and people were in and out all hours of the night. There was a big gap in the between the exterior door to the hallway and the floor which let a lot of light and noise in. The rooms were not stocked with extra bedding for the pull out, and when we asked for it they were hesitant, explaining how busy they were. I borrowed a pillow from someone else's bed. We still enjoyed our time together - but bring your ear plugs and your sleep aid!"

"This hotel was partially renovated and managed by different ownership. The new owners are letting it go to hell. The lamp had no shade, the blankets were thin, there was only one towel, no soap for the sink, no bath mat, broken shampoo dispenser, web service down. It was honestly the worst room I’ve ever had. Also, the train and drag racing down the street will keep you up all night. Stay ANYWHERE but here."

"The Red Lion in my town is a fairly nice hotel, so I thought I was getting a deal... But this particular location is just a bargain motel that maybe recently got a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The door was stuck, the room had a really harsh cleaner/chemical smell, and the shower looked sketchy enough that I didn't use it. The A/C window unit was falling apart and the blinds didn't fully close. It was a place to sleep for the night but it did nothing to help the Red Lion name."
