The property was very clean. The front desk was so kind, welcoming, and very efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in the best place of West Planes. It is very clean and has a nice swimming pool. Decent breakfast and quiet atmosphere. We were very glad of staying there.

I’ve never been in a hotel room where you can not close the blinds. It was wonderful having the sun blasting through the window at 7am. There goes sleeping in.

I am sorry to see that you were unhappy. Our curtains absolutely close and we do not have blinds so I am not sure this review is for us. It really hurts our scores 6/10. I apologize. Our staff could have shown you how to close our curtains as we do not have blinds. We hope you day is blessed and filled with kindness.

Shower water only gets mildly warm. No hot water. Waited at front desk for somebody for 10 minutes nobody showed up. Other then that good stay.

Good stay, it has been better.
We have stayed here several times and couldn't help but notice this time that everything was less clean. It appeared that it's been a while since the place had a good deep clean. Dust and smudge marks everywhere and some wallpaper peeling and wear and tear on the furniture. Breakfast ends at 9 even on weekends, which is far too early in my opinion. The gentleman that checked us in was so wonderful and pleasant.

Hotel itself was great, staff friendly, the bathroom was awful.though. I have stayed in many hotels and the water pressure they allow in the shower is literally the worst Ive come across. Its impossible to take a shower it comes out so poorly, and whoever designed the sink faucet on the corner should be fired because its just as hard to wash your hands. Considering this is the most expensive hotel in the area, I was really let down by this.
