"Great pool area, rooms are good, bed was great.
I made a mistake during booking and tried to get in touch with the hotel and Expedia to fix it. But we could not reach the hotel by phone not in the evening not in the morning and when we checked in they could not offer us any help or compensation so we needed to spend 350 pounds for a night for two rooms we didn’t use."

"Breakfast was the same every day! Not much of a variety. The room was clean but not spacious for a family of 4 with pull out bed from couch. Were given a portable heater because the heat did not work in the room. However, hotel was
Located right near the Tram stop so it was a short walk and convenient to hop on when needed."

"In my opinion, it's not a 5-star hotel. I was given a tiny room that was supposed to accommodate two passengers, with the only window facing a car; it was on the first floor, facing the parking Lot. They moved us to a second-floor room, which was not great either, after I requested to speak to the manager, not the other way around. The welcome card listed another name, and the toiletries were not enough for two. The linnen room on the second floor was always open, showing all the toilet paper,...

"Zentrumsnahes Hotel, dennoch ruhig gelegen.

"I booked two rooms for my group, both rooms were the Townhouse Grand option. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mick who was very helpful and kind and assisted us with our bags as the hotel does not have a lift, which we were aware of. The rooms we were placed in were in the basement level and unfortunately you can hear everything in the rooms. The staff entrance is outside the rooms, which we learned due to people coming in loudly in the middle of the night. The first night we were woken up at...
