"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"

"CitizenM was actually very nice! I was hesitant to book the room just because of the size of the space, however I found I LOVED having a little place to myself. The rooms are so cozy, the light fixtures and minimal decor didn’t make the place feel like a shoe box (I stayed for 4 nights). I didn’t try the breakfast- however I did take advantage of late night wine and the additional fries and margarita pizza 10/10. I did try some martinis such as espresso and lemon drop, both of which were amazing (also 10/10) The staff is super kind at the front desk/bar and on the 11th floor they didn’t make you feel out of place or judged, and they are SUPEP helpful. The property and hotel itself is very clean and a very lovely place to stay. My only thing is I wish it wasn’t completely controlled via ipad i wish i had more control over the lights but that’s just me i like my vibes to be on 100 ALSO PLEASE READ THIS PART!!! Please fix the fridges in the rooms themselves my ice cream melted and my drinks were warm. anyways queens and kings i will be coming back hallelujah amen thank you "
