I was staying for 10 days on business. I loved to relax by the outdoor pool The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and included omelet from cage free eggs The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying again on my next visit.

convenient to walk to downtown area near Clematis street busy street... particularly on Saturday when have outdoor vendors sell their goods in tents set up on street- was fun and amazing - Residence Inn rooms were clean best was laundry facilities on 2nd floor after 2 week travel for washing clothes -

Very nice hotel. We have a studio and there was plenty of space. Good breakfast included and a complete kitchen in the room. It is in a very quite street and you can walk to City Place.

This hotel is in great condition for the price. I was supposed to stay at the Breakers and they tried to charge me $1200/night. I came to this hotel instead. The rooms were large and they even had a range to do cooking. The breakfast had a lot of hot items to choose from.

We stayed in Residence Inn around Christmas time and loved the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown West Palm Beach, only 5 min walk from the waterfront, all stores and restaurants and city center. The hotel is very clean, front desk is extremely helpful, our room was upgraded. I definitely recommend it.

This was a very nice hotel that we chose for a short, weekend staycation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have mandatory valet parking which is an additional $40 a day, but honestly, there is very limited parking in the immediate area so it’s just easier to walk everywhere. When the weather is nice, I’m sure it’s great, but the Florida heat is unforgiving. Anyway, it’s a nice place.

Great service, updated CLEAN and convenient

The staff here is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They must hire with this in mind because it’s so genuine. Even the valet was top notch! Great Residence experience- well stocked kitchen, new finishes in immaculate rooms, comfy beds and linens, updated bathrooms and LOTS of space.

The hotel is obviously well run. Every aspect of the experience is perfect. Extremely friendly staff- from check in staff to parking attendants to porters were extremely friendly and never failed to greet or share a kind comment. The room was extremely organized and clean. The breakfast is fantastic- every aspect well thought out. The small things have been thoroughly considered. Its difficult to make suggestions for improvement without being petty.
