"We are both professors and visited Salisbury in January 2026. We stayed one night, had dinner and enjoyed the bar in the property and breakfast served in our room --nice touch and attention to the guests, (the kitchen was going to be under renovation for a few days). The entire experience was amazing! From the attentive and friendly staff during check in, dinner, the interesting stairs --so authentic!-- and the service was incredible. Best steak ever!!! "We have stayed at The Old Mill may times & since it's changed owners it still provides comfortable, welcoming & cosy accommodation. The breakfast is very good & large, freshly cooked but now quite an expensive extra. On the whole really happy with our stay."
