"The evening dinner and drinks was a nice surprise. After a long day it was nice not having to go back out for dinner. Ashley at the front desk was thorough and very polite. I think her name was Ashley, her hair was covering part of her name badge. "

"Checking in was great. I had asked for handicap accessibility, but the clerk didn't know the room inventory so I had to open 3 different rooms to find that particular room. After getting into the right room, the shower wall, shower floor, the shower seat, the shower knobs and hand held was all mildewed and moldly. I purchased clorox mold and mildew spray, sprayed everything and left it overnight before I could take a shower. I really wish I had taken some before photos and some after to show you what I am saying. One of the other rooms, the mold smell was so strong even the clerk had to quickly close the door. My advice to you, whomever gets to read this, please go check out your property. It is not being taken care of. I know you wanted to have a floor that works with wheelchairs, it is very slippery when its wet. I laid down towels from the shower to the bed to keep from falling. "

"The property is under construction. the air conditioning did not work well. The bath tub leaked and room felt very crowded. No chairs were provided in the room. the pool was out of service. the ice machine did not work. In addition, I was billed at check in for the room and and asked to post a $50 deposit. My card was charged twice for the deposit. A total of $267 over charge, since I had prepaid for the room in April. All attempts to correct the over charge with the staff has been futile. I will have to dispute the charges through my credit card. What a pain!"

"This hotel is just okay. The property was well maintained. The room was average but since they allow pets there was quite a bit of pet hair on the floors and in the beds. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with the necessities. The noise level from outside and inside the hotel seemed a bit higher than ordinary, so if you’re a light sleeper beware. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall the stay was just okay but if I’m ever back in town I’d probably stay somewhere else."
