"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Our room was clean and vry large, which was great. The biggest issues, and they are big, is that our room didn't have working AC and they couldn't fix it during our stay. And our shower ONLY had water that was hot and hotter. So if you are hot and sweaty on a summer day, and go into your hot and steamy room, and then into a hot shower there is no way to get comfortable. And that reality is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel."
