"Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. I recommend this hotel however, the staff is also very friendly and courteous."

"The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were all very helpful. We stayed for three nights and the hotel policy of only cleaning the room every three days was annoying. We had to ask for clean towels and go to the front desk for items like toilet paper and tissue that would normally be stocked by cleaning staff. Also, we had to go to the breakfast room to replace the plastic cups for drinking water that would normally be changed daily. The breakfast was decent and appreciated."

"No hot tub No bacon at breakfast Adjacent occupant was smoking in the room the evening of June 14th. Strawberry waffle was tasty. Non working phone in room! Safety violation? WiFi did not work consistently. Staff helpful Weird pricing structure changing daily. Great location."
