I love the chilled & sparkling water tap! However, rooms are looking very tired, old and in need of a refurb. Better pillows, USB ports and adding some soundproofing would be good too On the whole great service, food & drinks but poor rooms and sleep quality "

"Old school business hotel. However, the convenience, location and price are all massive plus’s. The proximity to the Heathrow T5 pods takes away all of the stress of a next day flight. Restaurant and bar are good and staff and friendly. A massive boost to convenience for a small price. More money to spend on luxury hotels once you’re abroad. I’ve used this hotel whenever flying out of T5 and I will keep on using it in the future. I recommend you do too if you’re flying."

"We spent two nights at the hotel and were very pleased from the moment we arrived. The décor was lovely, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We used the spa facilities on the day of arrival, and it was wonderfully quiet — we were able to enjoy the sauna, steam room,pool and the gym without any waiting. "We stayed at Thatcher’s Hotel (part of Surya Hotels) for three nights during half term. Overall, it’s an average hotel but offers good value for money. The rooms have been renovated and are modern and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable which we appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. "Really attentive staff at the bar a big thank you to Jack for serving us on Friday. Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car. Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window ! Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries. "The floor in our bedroom creaks alarmingly when walked on. My concern was not for safety, as I am quite sure it is safe, but I felt extremely embarrassed about the noise being heard downstairs!
