"Everythjng perfect regards the accomodation. However, the onsite restaurant was quite 'upmarket' ; expensive, with meals nothing like the 'pub grub' we had seen on the website- quite a shock! The staff though were excellent! "

"I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise."

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Basic and easy for last minute stay as our train back to London was too late. Very basic but clean. Warning that windows don’t open. We paid “extra for window” that doesn’t even open. "

"I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess. Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for. The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service. The breakfast was cold and boring. The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY. A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them."

"There was a nice welcome as we arrived. We had booked dinner for a later time but was able to be seated early. The food was very good with a good choice in the menu. The room was large and had all the required facilities. "

"Fantastic to be just across the road from the terminal, which allowed us to drop bags, return the hire car on the evening of arrival and sleep a little later for an early flight. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Dinner was average but totally adequate. Our shower was a bit blocked but overall a great place to stay the night before an early flight."

"Room wasn’t cleaned, 1 towel left in room, paid £10 to upgrade as couldn’t see tv in 1st room, then paid extra for a new room which wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels or vacuumed and not one drop of hand soap or shower gel, asked for £10 refund and still nothing"

"Very nice staff very friendly room nice with very comfortable bed also quiet. Only problem if you have difficulty using stairs inform hotel before booking. I was right on top floor 3 and a bit floors up had difficulty with luggage and stairs. Apart from that a nice hotel"

"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
