"After my flight got delayed I was able to show up to the hotel only until 7 am. The hotel processed a 400 dollars fee at least 15 days prior to my arrival and despite that they didn’t even kept my reservation and told me there were no rooms available for me that night. I came back to the hotel the next day and at the end they kept the 400 dollar fee which was never refunded and added the two other nights I stayed in there. Terrible customer service"

"OUR STAY WAS NICE AND RELAXING."

"Nicole ,Chasity and Rachel were so helpful and friendly. I forgot something in my vehicle and had to go out around midnight. Nicole made sure security was outside and aware that I was going to my vehicle. That made me feel very safe. The hotel was nice and clean. The house keeping ladies were friendly as well. The breakfast was really good. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we go back to Modoc raceway."

"Great place to stay"

"Pool was not open a d they had remodeling going on on every floor. The hallways too the rooms smelled like paint, we've i asked for a partial refund they said no."

"Need handrails in the shower.!!"

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"John was most helpful at check in and made us a very nice breakfast. What a wonderful Inn!"

"Room smelled like marijuana. Reported it to staff and we were moved immediately. Room appeared to be "patched" up from physical damage. Flooring underneath carpet soft when stepped on in places. Ceiling apparently had leak of some sort that appeared to be painted over. Most of all, my husband was practically interrogated by night clerk about why he was there and accused him of not having a room. I will not be going back."

"No complaints"
