"Nice room thou pretty cold on arrival. Receptionist was friendly as were the heath Spa team. Argentinian guy behind the bar was quite annoying. Hotel a little tired in places but served its purpose "

"We booked a large room. It was clean and tidy. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close to Portobello promenade. Bus stop was next to the hotel which allowed easy access to the city centre. "

"As per usual my Novotel room was well appointed and spacious. I chose this location near the airport as it was less expensive than the more centrally located hotels but because of the nearby tram and train stations it was onkyn20 minutes or less to downtown. My room had a small fridge, a room safe and a large screen 55 inch TV with Chromecast which made it possible to watch YouTube and Amazon Prime video programming. "Amazing staff , good food ,excellent service ,nice location "

"Stayed one night as a family before heading to airport. Rooms a little tired but clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and quiet. There was an event on when we stayed and when we walked to our room I was very worried we'd hear it in our room but heard absolutely nothing. Staff were exceptional and great with the children. Swimming pool which was great too. We would definitely stay again. "
