"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and casino. It is easily one of the best resorts we have stayed at in New York. The property was welcoming, enjoyable, and extremely family- and kid-friendly. We especially loved Sociale Express, where we had both breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank-you to chefs Michelle and Renee, who were friendly, hardworking, and wonderful throughout our visit. Even though the entire team was extremely busy, all the chefs remained attentive and provided outstanding service. We stayed as a group of three families and had a fantastic experience. This is an excellent destination for both families and adults, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
