"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

"Large hotel in the centre of Wernigerode about 10 mins walk from the railway station.
Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room comfortable and clean.
The hotel does seem to have a number of coach parties so can get busy at times."

"Had problems Checking in on the phone
Fortunately there is a person @ the reception from 10am to 8pm,otherwise I would have been screwed. After checking in the sent the room# but no code for the Key Box.
Breakfast was fabulous and Room was way bigger than expected
Overall a 10 except the "virtual check in" sucks"

"Dårlig beliggenhet, men veldig rent. Godt utstyrte leiligheter for 4 personer.
