"Reception staff made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. On arrival told No availability to eat at the hotel as restaurant fully booked! Rooms no a/c, no tv, no bar, no safe, clean but basic. Beautiful location."

"A unique B&B nestled in a tiny village away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. Quiet, romantic, oozing with charm and character. Rooms have A/C that works well. Beautifully renovated building. Breakfast is a 14euro add-on (not sure it’s worth it) and the walkable restaurants are fine (if they’re open and available). You might have to drive 10-15 mins. for other options. Overall, we liked it!"

Would be 5 stars but let down by small details, kettle in room but no supplies, fridge but no bottled water, no toiletries for the shower, no toilet roll in one room, light bulbs blown, staff were indifferent, check in process was laborious. A great little hotel waiting to get out, it wouldn’t take much to get that extra star!"

"I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available...
