"This is my second weekend staying at the New Bern Ave location and everything was made easy to access clean rooms great hospitality and the manger has made sure I was comfortable. "I didnt spend much time at the hotel, but the room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. The room temp was comfortable despite the winter storm situation, and breakfast bar had both hot and cold options. Not gourmet, but fresh make-it-yourself waffles, and eggs and sausage. There was no herbal tea in the tea selectiom. But plenty of juices. The stay was good! Odd things: The TV didnt face the bed or the couch and the windows only had light filtering sheers, but no blackout or privacy curtain over it. Room was on 2nd floor, so no real issue with peeping in and there was no sun during my visit. So these items were not a big deal. "
