We had a lovely stay at Meadowview, Sam and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for making it special!

We had such a great break. The house is really tastefully decorated and the room was sooo lovely and comfortable. Really great breakfasts and Sam and Pauline made us feel very welcome.

Absolutely perfect. Nothing else needed.
Everything is absolutely spot on. Lovely house, breakfast, owners, location, area and much more. It is very rare nowadays not to have any issues with accommodation, so well done to owners. Will definitely be coming back.

Meadow View Guest House was absolutely perfect for our three-night stay. It was welcoming, comfortable, well located for our needs and the breakfasts were great! We will undoubtedly stay there again when we return to Norfolk.

Pleasant staff, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, Tasteful calming decor very peaceful. You need a car, it is a bit out of the way if you wanted to step outside and be instantly near the beach or the centr3 of things.

An excellent weekend stay in Norfolk
We booked for an early anniversary weekend away. Everything was perfect. Rose and her family were very welcoming and ensured everything was just right. Rose's husband runs a local taxi service and was very knowledgeable when asked about tide times to see the local seals. We had been allocated the downstairs room, which was spacious and very well appointed, with high thread count superb quality bedlinen, and sumptuous towels in the en-suite shower room. The TV was placed perfectly to be viewed from either the bed or the two comfortable armchairs. The hospitality tray included cafetiere coffee. There was plenty of wardrobe space and electrical sockets. There was also a large chiller stocked with beers and wine etc, plus fresh milk. The separate guest lounge was well equipped with local information, reading lamps and comfortable sofas, and even plastic wine glasses to take into the hot tub - which sadly we did not have time to use Breakfast was superb, served in a large room complete with Aga. A whole run of worktops was dedicated to a large variety of cereals and yoghurts, and bowls of assorted fresh fruits, including excellent strawberries and blueberries. This was followed by individually cooked breakfast, which was of excellent quality. For an evening meal we chose the pub next door, The Carpenters Arms, which we found very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay

Fabulous stay!
Extremely well presented and comfortable suite. Breakfast was scrummy! Location was great, only a short drive to Wells and other seaside resorts. Only downside was the Wi-fi was playing up but that didn’t spoil our stay in the slightest. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful Guesthouse!
Fantastic stay at a beautiful guesthouse. Large, spacious room, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Very comfortable and lovely view across the garden to fields at the back of the house, home to some friendly cows. Great cooked breakfast and service. The guesthouse can help with taxi if you require and the local area is stunning. First time to North Norfolk and won't be my last.

A little hidden gem
What an amazing place in a beautiful hamlet just a few miles from Wells next the Sea. Rose was a wonderful host and it was lovely to enjoy the sunset outside in her beautiful garden overlooking the meadow. Do yourselves a favour and save time looking anywhere else. Book here and you won't be disappointed. Would definitely recommend it and when visiting the north Norfolk coast again; would not stay anywhere else. The breakfast was gorgeous and all of the staff were so welcoming. Well done Rose !!

The best guest house we have stayed at.
My wife and I found the location as convenient yet peaceful.The guest house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, comes across as new. We found our ground floor room to be spacious and clean. The garden pleading to our eyes. We enjoyed breakfast every day. And we found Rose and her 'helpers' to be welcoming, helpful, and easy to engage in conversation including laughing together. We cannot recommend this place/people more highly.

Lovely B&B and hosts, would highly recommend. Perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. Breakfast was scrummy with lots of choice. Close to local pubs/restaurants serving delicious food too. Wonderfully surprised to find chocolate Easter eggs left for us after our rather damp outing to see the Blakeney seals 😀

Excellent guest house
Superb guest house with very welcoming hosts Rose, Mark and their staff. Great choice of breakfasts. Good food at the pub next door, but make sure you book a table for evening meals. Right on the cycle route to Wells or quiet lanes in the other direction but Wighton is a really peaceful village away from the tourist towns. We will definitely be coming back here as it was a fantastic Easter break.

A fantastic guest house in North Norfolk
We had a lovely weekend at Meadow View. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the garden and meadow. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We also really loved the pub next door which had great food on offer for our evening meal. All in all a great place to stay in a lovely part of Norfolk!

The owner Rose made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The pub 2 doors down was an added bonus and very popular, the food was lovely. We can recommend using the hot tub on site, beautiful view and so relaxing. Breakfast was spot on. Would stay again.

The guest house was lovely in a beautiful location with a small ( quiet ) pub next door serving nice quality meals. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the garden and hot tub peaceful and relaxing with lovely views. Staff friendly and welcoming. For me the only negative was the fact in hot muggy weather there was only thick duvets on the bed - no sheets which made it difficult for me to sleep. To be fair I didn't ask for a sheet which I should probably have done as I'm sure it would have been provided if possible.

Nice family owned hotel
This is a hotel, very conveniently located if you are working in the offshore Wind industry. If you are planning on visiting the Wind Farm Place, please be sure to reserve in advance. The place can be full during summer or bust periods. The house owner's are nice and warm people.

Perfect stay
From the moment we arrived here we knew we had found a very special place. Rose the owner was very welcoming. The room was spotless with lots of little extras to make the stay even more special. Bed was comfy and the views and hot tub were amazing! Wells next the sea is about 5 minutes by car. Just perfect! Can't wait to return.

A lovely B&B in the Norfolk countryside.
Probably the nicest B&B we have stayed at. Very attentive yet unobtrusive service. Room recently decorated. Very little traffic through the village and owls the only noticeable noise! Hot tub in the garden. Beautifully cooked breakfast and nothing too much trouble. Full marks.

Disappointing
The guest house was nice and in a quiet area. However, i had requested a double room but ended up with 2 singles pushed together and sheets wedged in the middle which was very uncomfortable! We could not use the hot tub after 8pm, it would have been nice to be able to sit out there and use it in the evening with a glass of wine! I would not stay there again.
