"We stayed at U Residence Hotel on our road trip to Queenstown and on our return. We absolutely loved this place and we were travelling with our wee dog who was able to stain our room. It was extremely clean, warm and the location is amazing, both for food and to the Ferry. Check in was easy and contactless. Definitely will stay here again with or without dog. "

"We really liked the front desk woman she was wonderful ,however they had run out of milk and were going to get us some but none arrived ,to be fair we were only there for one night so not a big deal . The property is in dire need of some ongoing maintenance ,ie walls where fixtures have been moved have holes in , carpet and mats ragged in places ,entry doors and windows to rooms have not been cleaned since goodness’s knows when ."
