"Nice, friendly, quiet, efficient staff from check in to check out. Clean, neat rooms. Basic breakfast- coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, breakfast breads for toasting and schmearing, and a waffle maker. No complaints! It’s budget friendly too, as it’s minimal in frills. If folks are looking to stay somewhere for a super simple, safe place, with a 1990’s-80’s motel vibe, this is it! Save time and money by staying here as it’s very central to a LOT of roads sneaking off to nearby cities, towns, attractions, and sundries like basic out of town needs. In either direction you’ll find gas stations and grocery stores, beverage centers, restaurants and coffee(both local and mega corpo). The only small critique is the ventilation in the rooms; no air circulation save for the door or the air vent in the bathroom, which leads to the space feeling a little stuffy if you’ve got super sensitive sinuses or sense of smell. Would recommend and will stay again if in town!"

"Quiet, extremely convenient to Jim Thorpe shops, attractions, & restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and the newly appointed room had pretty much everything we wanted. We were in 304, which overlooks the "stone row" houses. No coffee maker in the room, but we bring our own, so we didn't mind. There seemed to be a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby. The winery tasting room on the ground floor is a definite plus! The eight (yep) wines we tasted are dry, which we like. Reception staff was VERY welcoming. We brought our ebikes to ride the D&L trail; although we couldn't take the batteries into the hotel, the young man on the desk showed us 2 outlets we could use on the outside of the building. We had NO worries about doing that or leaving our bikes chained to the railing behind the hotel. Breakfast included fresh bagels with cream cheese & peanut butter, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, and a waffle maker. We're coming back in June and Y on Broadway is definitely the top of our list."

"What a lovely place. Centered on the Main Street of town and easily walked to all major attractions, except Jim Thorpe Burial site. The hotel was well updated with all conveniences you would expect in a modern hotel. We had a front room overlooking the street. The only negative was there is a balcony across the front of the hotel and people sat right in front of our windows and you could hear them talking. But it would go quiet by 10 o’clock at night. And we did spend a few hours out there enjoying the activities. We didn’t mind the activities out there at all and met several interesting people. The hotel restaurant was perhaps the best restaurant in town and was reasonably priced. Service was outstanding and friendly. We would stay here again if we decide to come back in the future."

"The staff here is what sells this place mostly. The price is okay, although maybe they should be even cheaper. Nice location, amenities and inside are not updated. I do not think they should spend the money to update, but I do think they should make sure things like someone else mentioning a jacuzzi not working and if the counter siding is coming off, stuff like that should be fixed. They keep the place clean even though there was pet odor during the weekend as it is a pet friendly hotel. The food is respectable for what it offered as part of the deal by staying overnight here. There was a dishwasher in my place, but I'm not sure if I missed the detergent or if I was expected to get some myself. I'm not sure if I was supposed to wash the dishes myself- as I did not have too much to wash, I just did it myself as best I could as I didn't want to have to deal with potential additional charges. I would stay again, but it's not my first choice unless I have a pet and/or children. I also don't typically have a room this nice, but I had work funds I had to use up."

"Excellent location right on the lake with beautiful views, especially at night. The inn is pretty basic but exactly what I needed for a few days. It’s also located among several restaurants in the Lake Harmony village so easy to access any meals. I would absolutely stay here again."
