"We loved our stay at the Empress. Beautiful Hotel and the rich History is remarkable. The Staff were extremely helpful and anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. The ladies in the gift shop went above and beyond when I needed band aide for a few blisters. Tea was excellent. Not rushed. We felt well taken care of."

"Nice hotel in Sidney. About 20 mins from Victoria. The hotel is located next to a Tim Hortons, a drug store, and a Thrifty Foods store. So if you need something, you're pretty covered. Nice breakfast though breakfast room is a little small. Free juice and water and coffee in lobby."

"Micheal went way beyond as I left something behind & he worked very hard to let me know. The cleaning team was kind and so helpful, offering to help me with my bags. The reception offered complimentary cold water & Bubly anytime. My room was newly renovated and way beyond expectations. Even heated floors in bathroom. Great location too. This village has a lot to offer! Great restaurants in walking distance & bakery!"
