What ever you do, look for another hotel!!! The pictures are a lie! We walked into an 80 degree room. The musty mildew smell immediately hits you in the face. We got there late and turned on the lights and yuck. The pull out couch was worn and the cushions didn’t fill the couch. The couch had lots of stains, big stains. The arm chair was stained and ripped and the desk chair was ripped as well. So gross we didn’t even want to put our luggage on any of it. There was what seemed to look like a bloody booger on the comforter. Found out the tv had no cable, only channels that came thru an antenna,and the reception for that was completely interrupted. You could not watch a show clearly. The Internet is pretty much nonexistent. If you got a chance to log into the wifi it would work for about 10 minutes and then cut out. No tv, no internet. I felt bad for the families with kids staying there. My husband went to the gym and all the pulleys were shredded and unsafe. Again, couldn’t use it. I will say the staff is extremely nice, apologetic, and are trying as hard as they can. This is a disgrace to the comfort suites name. The pictures are misleading and I’m wondering who wrote the reviews because those reviews and my stay were complete opposites.

I booked a King Bed Suite for one night. When we arrived they gave us the keys for a 2 Queen Bed Suite. When we went back to the front desk to point out the mistake they told me I had booked the “Double Queen”. I had to show them my Itinerary and receipt on my phone to show them they were wrong. The man at the desk then told me I should be happy because the Double Queen room was more money. (False, BTW) When I said no, I want the single King he said he could move me to a King Suite for a $25 charge!! REALLY?!? Yes, really! I refused the extra charge and they gave us the King Suite. Seriously SHADY business if you ask me!! As for the room, it was okay… mostly. There were NO lights or lamps in the desk, sofabed area so that area was useless at night. There was a large water stain and peeling drywall tape in one area of the ceiling. There were “deposits” in the sink that looked like dried up Boogers that hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise the room was comfortable for a one night stay. One night is all this hotel will get out of me!! I will NOT return!

Check the weather before you book. It stormed 1 day of oir stay and water ran in the windows, flooded the windows sill and the ac unit under the windows. Lobby flooded back to about 10 feet from the front. The gym windows leaked just as bad. The front desk fellow was great but had a hard time finding us another room that was not leaking from the windows. Others stated their ceiling was leaking on the 3rd floor. This is a corporate or management issue. Very clearly not the first time. Curtains in all rooms are water marked up to about 8 inches up the curtain. Obvious ongoing issue that is being ignored or very poor attempts to cheaply bandaid a major problem. Shower spout pulls off the wall when you turn the shower on. Carpets in both rooms we were in were damp. Towels were all damp. Tv got few channels without visual and auditory static. My granddaughters found an old random remote somewhere on the floor. Whole hotel felt wet. We felt bad for the staff who were great but had to be the ones who dealt with poor management of the very run down building.

Parking was easy, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was so good! The TV didn't have a lot of channels that I saw and the wifi was pretty weak, but I wasn't in my room for most of the days so that didn't impact my stay very much. Would stay here again :)

Property, staff, room, and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi barely existed on the 4th floor where I stayed. This affected the TV, too. TV could get stations for a few minutes, then lose signal. To get Wi-Fi, I had to go to the lobby to get or send e-mails for messages.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food with the same gloves on. We went to the front to ask about laundry and there was a pregnant woman who answered us rudely. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. The kids in the room next to us were literally screaming and running around until 2am and we couldn't sleep.
