"Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere"

"I lost my code for my room late at night and had to call at 2am to get it again the boss come toy room meet me there and gave me a card with the code so I did nkt lose it if there was any issues whit the room he offered to move me to a difference room when they fixed the room I was in there where fantastic to deal with and the room was nice I did nkt like the shower head as it hade led lights in it but if you have kids they would love that"

"Upon arrival, Pauline at reception was a sweetheart and made a personally difficult trip much easier. Very kind and helpful. We had a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was very large and very comfortable. The room was clean and stocked with some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The full kitchen is perfect for long term stays. The only issue are the showers. Very odd design, one had no door at all and water would end up all over the floors. They should upgrade them immediately. Besides that, the location is very convenient to the hospital, shops, freeways. Would recommend and we would return to this location. "

"Basic accommodation. Soft beds thin towels kettle only no toaster or microwave or tissues. Excellent rain shower plenty of power points usb c Connections great bedside lights with usb connection Quiet on Monday and Tuesday night despite main road location. Adjacent hotel food very good. Walking distance to M-City and village cinemas. 10 minute drive to Monash hospital. Good value for money. "
