"Everything was extremely clean except the floors, my feet were filthy just walking from the bed to bath & back yo the bed."

We upgraded to a view of the gulf and watched the boats pass by on their way to and from the marina...beautiful! This Hyatt is a five minute walk to Duval St. with all of the shops, restaurants and the marina nearby...wonderful place to stay!"

Elevator was not working, air conditioner in the room was not working, bathroom tile walls had very visible dirt and stains from neglect and poor standards of cleaning. I would think twice and check around before booking here, the location is great but the hotel has degraded significantly over the years since our family last stayed here."
