We had a very warm welcome. We stayed in a comfortable family room that worked well for our family trip as 3 adults. The stay was very good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however.

A comfy, traditional Bed and Breakfast

Nice B&B just outside Waterford. Helpful hosts, good breakfast. The owner is famous for her soda bread and indeed it tasted great. Transport wise you'd have to be on bikes or with a car to reach it, but definitely can be a better option than more expensive places in the city.

A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish hospitality.
