"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."
"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! "We stayed in May and the resort was in low season and the only guests. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are great. The shower was a bit run down, but other than that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Khaoyai. The resort is about 30 minute drive to the main national park so really good location. "
